KEEP COOL listens so you do not have to raise your voice. It keeps the smallest possible record of doing so. Here is exactly what that record is.
Sound never leaves your phone.
Nothing is recorded, stored or sent — there is no audio file anywhere, ever. The analysis runs in WebAudio inside your browser’s memory: the microphone signal becomes a loudness reading, and that is all. The microphone disconnects the moment you close the tab.
What stays on your phone.
Your voice baseline from the ten-second check, and your session scores, live in your browser’s own storage on your device. Clearing your browser data removes them completely.
What is stored if you sign in.
With a NanoCorp account, your session summaries — Calm Score, slip counts, timestamps — sync to your account so your Mornings history follows you between devices. No audio or transcript exists to attach to them. Your account email and a sign-in identifier are kept to recognise you.
Payments.
Subscriptions are handled by the NanoCorp checkout, powered by Stripe. Your card details never reach KEEP COOL; we see only your subscription status.
